  We offer classes for both children and adults at our martial arts studio. Our children’s classes are structured by age groups, 3-4 years old, 4-6 years old, and 7-12 years old. Some of our most popular classes are Krav Maga, Kickboxing, Submission Grappling, and Kali. Each of our martial arts instructors are certified black belts and re-train for annual certification to ensure they are accurately performing at their skill level.
